I really struggle to keep fit when I’m traveling. I tend to stop my workouts and find it really hard to get back into them when I return. How do you keep fit whilst traveling?
I find that being active on my travels helps me keep fit while traveling. I also try to do hotel work outs
I find that I tend to walk alot when I am travelling, which really helps. The thing that gets me is diet. I usually stay in hostels that have kitchens. Then I dont have so much fast food.

Rock climbing! Watersports! Hiking! All the fun stuff 🙂 and I keep the alcohol low so I don’t put on weight
