I rented a car at the airport and drove all over Jordan for 10 days. I never felt in danger, the people were helpful and friendly. I loved Petra, spent a night in the desert, visited the ruins in Jerash, and saw amazing mosaics in Madaba.
Posted: December 30, 2023I spent 10 days traveling by car through Jordan. This country is a true jewel. Every place exceeded my expectations. Moreover, I felt extremely safe there. Here is my travel itinerary: 2 nights in Amman, 3 nights in Petra, 2 nights in Wadi Rum, 2 nights in Aqaba, and 1 night in Amman.

Currently living in Paris, I love to meet new people so if you just got here and feel overwhelmed by the general Parisian grumpiness feel free to DM me for a cute coffee date, trip to the museum, walk around the park… I’m down for anything really! Next trip: Jordan

I went alone, flew to Aqaba and spent two days there, then took a bus to Wadi Rum, spent a night in the desert, and because of the storm forecast, I went straight to Petra, because I really didn't want to miss it, so I spent 1.5 days there, then took a bus to Amman. A wonderful country for solitary travel.
Posted: July 11, 2023I was in Jordan in February. Great weather and few tourists. Charming country, people, and food. I would go back there in a heartbeat. I also went on a tour.
